All guests staying in our Dubai furnished apartments, whether they reside in our two-bedroom interconnecting rooms, our studio suites, or our classic one-bedroom, can take time out and indulge in our quality recreational facilities, all of which are on-site. There is a daily courtesy bus service from the Hotel to La Mer beach at Jumeirah for all guests. Complimentary beach towels and beach mats are offered to all guests when boarding the bus.
Entrance tickets to Amusement theme parks, city tours, and all local attractions are available at the Reception at discounted rates.

Lost & Found Policy
Any items found either in a guestroom or in the hotel will be returned to the Housekeeping Department and will be kept in the lost and found store inside the Housekeeping Office. After 6 months, it will be handed over to the Police. The Hotel takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items.
In the Contact Us page, you may fill out the ‘Request for Info’ form regarding your forgotten or lost item during your stay at the Hotel. We will be happy to assist you.
